I have been using the service very successfully for the last ten days but today i have no programme guide. I have made several calls today which connect with no problems but after 15 minutes of downloading i get nothing. Any ideas? Regards

One possible solution is to go to SYSTEM>SYSTEM RESET>CLEAR AND DELETE EVERYTHING, and re-run guided setup
