AltEPG

All three of My TiVo's have suddenly run out of Program Data. The Alt EPG number is not picking up. Does anybody know if there is a problem with the service.

I guess you need to tell people which number you're talking about, and have a look for anything obvious in tclient.log (if you can), and see what happens when you dial the number yourself.

For myself, I'm using 08450800300 (194.1.151.205), and that worked (started at 23:50 last night, ended at just gone midnight this morning), with no problems.

I have exactly the same problem, am using the 01274 number as specified in connecting for dial up.

By fluke, found this:

The number is no longer active. I shall try the number Matt suggests later.
