altepg6.iso error - drive too small

Firstly let me say that the 40gb Maxtor is NOT locked but I am getting the 'drive too small error' when trying to re-image. The previous image (altepg3) was installed without any such problem. I was intending to put the later image on this drive to use as a spare Any thoughts, anyone ??

It could be the size of the swap partition - have you tried reducing that slightly in your Restore command?

I tried reducing to 95 (from 127) but without success. Unfortunately I don't know what is the absolute minimum that will be acceptable. Also, when I previously setup from epg3, I set the swap file to 127, without any adverse reaction.
