Switching between standard and altepg

After reimaging my HDD to altepg and testing it etc., I repeated guided setup, using my normal postcode, just to try-out the standard epg, using the various dialup numbers. I presume that when tivo eventually pull the plug, it will then be necessary to re-establish the 0100 postcode in order to use altepg. Can this be done from a telnet session or will it be necessary to run guided setup again ? If it can be done via telnet, which directory/file needs to be amended ?

I take it then, that nobody has an opinion on this matter - That's a pity, so I'll have to assume that another guided setup is necessary.

AFAIK the only way to change the postcode is via Guided Setup.

(The postcode controls what sources (Sky, FV, etc) you can get and which channel line-ups you get (regional variations where used) - this info is downloaded during the first call in the two-part Guided Setup).
