Unable to register my TiVo

I have been trying to register my TiVo for the AltEPG but my serial number doesn't seem to match the format required - it contains only 13 digits and 2 letters. Can anyone help? Or am I being really stupid....

Yeah thats right. The first few are put in for you. You just need to add the ones after 60

Thanks Alek but still having problems understanding - after 60 all I've got is '1F407B' - sorry for the confusion.

Decimal digits run from 0 through 9. In computing, hexadecimal digits are used (hexa meaning 6, plus deci, meaning 10), running from 0 through 9, then A through F, giving 16 values. Just enter the six values for your TiVo Service Number after "023000060" in the form.

That should work unless you are entering a oooh instead of a zero
