What hard disk to get?

Hi,
I want to get a bigger hard drive for my 2nd unmodified TiVo, but not sure what size and type to go for. Can anyone post a link to a model which is known to work. What's the biggest size that will work?

I have just spotted the homepage of Tivoland.com (have only been on the forums until now).
You can get a 1 Tb HDD for £105 with AltEPG image installed and Sata2IDE converter.

I ordered the smaller version - received very quickly (yesterday evening), well packaged, clear instructions - installed by about 7pm. Working and data received by 22:15! Excellent service at a good price.
I'd previously taken advice from the forum and bought a turbonet card from the New Zealand supplier, which I got though ebay - again quickly received and easily installed - but of course couldn't try it out till yesterday evening.
The only issue I had was getting an IP address for the Tivo, which seems to come down to the order in which the box is powered up, and the network cable connected to the Homeplug.
Now I've got a perfectly good spare hard drive, with the old programmes on, that I don't know what to do with - can I use it a slave in the Tivo?

Do you need to know whether your tivi has one or two HD's before ordering this? Is it a just of out with the old and in with the new?

MIne only ever had one hard drive and in my case it was out with the old, in with the new (of course you loose anything on the old hard drive).

How much did you have to pay to the carrier (usually Royal Mail) and HMRC to cover the VAT or was it not an issue?
