Apologies if you were affected by the bit of down time today, I needed to move some of my cabling in preparation for my fibre install on Wednesday 30th March.

Yippee fibre at long last, oh by the way, that means there will be some more downtime on Wednesday during the switchover but it shouldn't be long. My slot is 8-10 am.

Sorry if you were caught up with the bit of downtime this morning.

I had to swap out the crappy standard 2 Wire BT router they give you with Infinity and I couldn't find the damn password credentials to make the connection to the ISP, so I had to call in to get them.
Having said that, I can't fault the business support, the lady (yes Lady) I spoke to was knowledgable and helpful even when the new (3rd party) router didn't sign in right away with the service!
I was pleasantly surprised considering I was using a 3rd party router
