I am new to RSS feeds - this being the first feed to which I have ever subscribed.
I have set up my Thunderbird email client to read the feed, so the postings come through like emails (which works well for me). However, I have noticed that if I don't check the messages frequently there are gaps in the feed. i.e. It seems like the feed only includes posts from the last few hours.
Is it possible to extend the feed so it includes several days worth of postings so that if I don't open my email client for a few hours or even days I can still fetch all the new posts?

Furthermore, the Thunderbird RSS setting "Check for new messages every X minutes" doesn't seem to work - I always have to manually "Get messages".
I believe this must be a Thunderbird bug - anyone else get the same issue or better still, anyone have a solution?
BTW, running latest version of Thunderbird on Windows XP.

No hints for thunderbird but I found feedreader
http://www.feedreader.com/download and it works a treat ( and it's free

) - other readers are available

I found Feedreader doesn't auto-update with this site either (although it works ok with other feeds e.g. BBC).

I'm using 3.14 too. It downloads on first load ok but then doesn't auto-update. Unless there's some firewall setting that's upsetting it but then why would the BBC feed work? Most strange.
