During my absence on holiday there was apparently an update which means that several channels have been renumbered. In words of one syllable, or less, can someone talk me through the resetting procedure, please?

There have been changes lately on Freeview where channel numbers have changed. As far as the TiVo itself is concerned the numbers will have changed automatically when you downloaded the guide data. What you need to do now is to retune you Freeview stb so it will put the channels on the right numbers.

Exactly how you retune will depend on the model of stb you are using. If you have the manual details should be in that. There is a general guide here
