There has been a power cut that switched off my Panasonic SD Sky box and my cat sitter doesn't seem to understand the "on" button. Is there a way to make Tivo send a SKY button before the channel number or just a SKY button to switch on the Panasonic box? I can get to Tivo over VPN either using TivoWeb or Slingbox - if that helps.

Yes, use set-top-box code 20016 or 20017, depending on exactly which Sky system you have.

Yes, use 20016 for a standard Sky digibox, or 20017 for a Sky+ box. Both codes appear under manufacturer Sky Digital.
